Partner and her mother forced to abort our child now not marrying me

I am unmarried man. My partner has made biological relationship with me and she love more me once she was pregnant she and her mother was pressures on me to abort our baby and give me promise that her mother LL do our marriage and her mother was pressures on me after she was abort our baby her mother was totally changed and my partner was fully changed wed have created biological relationship many times with our permission now what should I do against my partner and her mother for my abort child as a unlawfull father?
You can file a police complaint in the nearest police station. However you can also file a case under the provisions of section 200 of the CrPC. Initially you can talk to the opposite party and have a mutual talk on the discussion of marriage.
