Need information relating to adoption

Sir my brother is adopted... And we have his birth certificate with father name as of mine and also the adoption papers... But due to some worst conditions his original father wants his child back after 10 years . Please help me is there any solution to stop him.. Please kindly help me..
Whether you are Hindu, if yes ,then when adoption deed was executed. Whether there is giving and taking ceremony preform during the time of adoption,. Civil suit is the way to protect the interest of your brothet

Yes this can stop you.once adoption has made between adoptive parents and natural father then natural father has no right back his children.if he create any disturbance then you file Child custody case in civil court.
