My son and daughter in law don't allow us to see our grandchildren

I have two grand children,aged 7 yrs and one &half yrs old. I'm 70 yrs old,living in a separate society near by,with my wife. My daughter in law and son are not happy with us and don't allow to see our grandchildren.They threaten us to take legal action if we see them anywhere in the society campus. What can I do?
You can initiate proceedings for custody and visitation rights against your son and daughter in law.
The visitation rights being given to the paternal grand-parents should not in any way cause any interference with the normal school routine of the children.
The paternal grand-parents of the children will be entitled to meet the children for certain time .
