If I remarry can i claim for my daughters custody

I'm a Hindu,got divorced 6 yrs back,had given permanent custody of daughter 6 yrs age to my husband as he had taken her forcibly from my rental place.I had access but due to sm financial prob I cdnt maintain it.I hv no home,no maintainence as my parents were also involved in taking my daughter.So can I restart access to my daughter?If ever I remarry,can I claim for her custody if she is willing to cm?
Dear client I can restart the access to the daughter. If yr husband sent access then u can approach to the court for the same. If I remarry again then u will never get custody of daughter. Because u give custody to husband and if u remarry I will most yr right. For any legal help call me

You can get custody of your daughter, but it will be after tough contesting petition.
If she is willing to reside with you then it will be quite easy for you to get custody.
The court will observe the welfare of the child, not rights of parents.

To get child custody you need to file court case. Are you agree for that to spend money and get the custody of your child. You have legal right to have access to your own child after you remarriage also. You need to prove before court that you are financially strong enough to maintain the child.
