My husband took my son and not allowing me to see my son for the past eight days. Any law to take him in my custody
Are you and your husband not living together? Any divorce or other proceedings pending in any Court? How far is your husband's house from your house? You can lodge a complaint with the Police but it would be better that you take the help of an Advocate, only then the Police will respond properly.
