How to take stay on the child custody

Hi I am from jammu . My wife from jalandhar . She filed child custody after 2 years and got from jalandhar civil coutt . I have not received any summon . Now court asked me handover boy baby to her . I need stay on that as i did not know the case and me and child lives in jammu . Pls advice me along with your total fee . Shall i take stay on child custody
First of all you need to get the docs of the case filed. Then secondly You will have to move an application for setting aside order in case the order of custody has been passed ex parte in ur absence.
