How to get right to visit my son who is in custody of his father?

My son 15yrs old he is staying wth father custody can i take visiting right if he doesn't want to meet me because his father doesn't want

Yes you can move an application for visiting rights to your son and its upon your child to say so that whether he wants you to visit him or not.... your husband has no role to play in that... his consent do not matters to the court. your son has to refuse himself for your visitation.

Of course you can take the visiting rights following the proper procedure of law'. Generally court doesn't deny visiting rights to either of the parents, but there must be sufficient proves to show your love, willingness towards the child.
