How to claim for child custody

Hi, My wife has harassed me mentally for many years. Recently when I lost control and I hit her she filed an FIR for 498A. The case is still in police station and charge sheet is not applied yet. We have children aged 4(son) and 6(daughter). Looks is law is completely in favor of her in terms of child custody. She is with her parents now after filing FIR and children are with me. How long can I prolong the custody of children, if we goto court? Is there any thing that I can do to get custody of children?
In addition you must have licence for selling tobacco from Bombay Municipal Corporation. Further smoking zone should be separate from restaurant area if restaurant is also being run in same premises. If licensing conditions are violated hookah bars may be directed to be closed down and license revoked.
