How can I apply for custody of child

THE CASE IS FOR CUSTODY OF THE KID,THE FAMILY COURT HAS ORDERED THE CASE AGAINST THE FATHER,,MOTHER IS TAKING THE CUSTODY OF THE KID,,,BUT THE KID IS WITH MOTHERS PARENTS SHE HERSELF HAS LEFT FOR STUDIES TO FOREIGN..HENCE FATHER IS ASKING THE COURT FOR CUSTODY AND WELL BEING OF THE CHILD now mt question is: how to fight further: the court has ordered to take the child to foreign land where she is at present??how to stop that..so that farther can take a stay.

The status of case is not tat clear. Its time to make an appointment the case seems to stand in pleadings f parties. The age f the kid a main aspect, which is missing in ur query. Also it the averments n pleadings have some defects tat obstructs court from having the custody to father it needs to be amended. If all these fails go for higher court against order as an appeal.

There are ways. But in family matters, patience is required. I think the main reason for problems in your life is lack of patience. If you are interested in the actual well being of the child you won't ask this question. Think about the trauma of the mother, if you take the small child also think about the small child's mind, if you forcefully take the kid from the kids's mother. If you resort to it, your child will hate you in the future , even if you give "best education" (private school or so ) or above. Since your wife is in a foreign country, the child is also lucky to have some education in that country. So be practical and be cool. All the best.
