Can i retain custodial rights of children if i remarry?

I am hindu and have two sons 4 and 8 years living with me and I have custodial rights while father has visiting rights. If I want to remarry can I retain my custodial rights and till what age of the kids? I am the solely responsible for raising them and financially supporting them since their birth until now and receive no financial support from father ever since we married and even after the divorce I have no financial support from their father.

You being a natural guardain, you have right to have custody of children till they attain seven years, If the child completes xeven years, it is left to the child to decide with whom he/she wants to leave.
