Can ex-wife asks for share in property for the son after 18 years

13-Sep-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I am a muslim and got married to my first wife in 1999 and had a son which was with her. I divorce her before 18 years and got married to second wife from whom i have 1 son and 1 daughter. Now after 18 years she aks for compensation and share in the property and i have no legal documents for divorce since it was sorted by the village community peoples of that time. My question is my wife asking for compensation and share in property after 18 years for the son . Is it legal and if so what will be the compensation for 18 years and is their any share in property for the son what will be the ratio. What should I do?

Yes the wife can maintain an action for maintenance under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The answer to other question will be based on surmises and conjectures. THe amount would be determined as per your status
