Can any minor get indian citizenship without giving up US citizenship

I am an Indian citizen and I have lived in USA for 12 years. I was a housewife and I have a 5 yrs old daughter who was born in USA & has US citizenship by birth. I came to India 2 years to meet my mother and while I was in India my husband sent me a divorce notice by email. Since I am a housewife and I have never worked in USA not have qualification to get get work in USA I decided to continue to stay in India. I When I came to know about my husband getting a unilateral divorce I went to Indian court and the Indian court granted me temporary custody of my child. After that I applied for Indian citizenship for my daughter and now I have approval for Indian citizenship from Home Ministry. My question is what is the process to give-up my daughters US citizenship? Can the minor child of 5 years age get Indian citizenship without giving up her US citizenship till she turns 18?
Dear client as u r born indian hence yr daughter get indian citizenship by birth. Apply to appoint as guardian of daughter in court. Once court appoint u as guardian then apply with u s embassy to leave u s citizenship. For any legal help call me
