suppose i won the case and honorable court ordered in favor of me then what will be the procedure and how i suppose to get money ?
Execution Petition is similar to that of Execution Petition filed in Civil cases. The Execution Petition should be filed in the prescribed format along with the certified copy of the final Order/Award. You can hire an advocate of your choice and courts will not arrange for you.
