What to do in cheque bounce case filed against me

13-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have been summoned for cheque bouncing against buying property. Sir the property was already on loan and the seller promised to pay the overdue amount when we will be closing the loan and registering property on my name. thus, now he is not providing documents to us so that we can apply for homeloan and neither he is giving the overdue amount. we have already given him notice twice before stooping the cheque and have successfully got temporary stay order from court. he has now filled case against me of section 138. sir how can i get out of this without paying more money to him. kindly help me.

Any way appear in that case. First 138 ni act is for legal enforceable debt. You have not clear this that what he has mentioned in legal notice. On what bases he filled case against you. So first get bail.

Dear client , you have a good defence & u can also prove your defence successfully in a complaint case. If u will able to prove your strong defence then u will b acquitted in complaint case. Rest is the civil matter , it will depend upon the terms & conditions settled between u & seller at the time of entering into agreement of sale . Note :- your defence will also depend upon your agreement to sell . For more information meet me personally .
