12-Jul-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Cheque was issued after filing dvc n 498 for security purpose as have 2yrs baby. Due to same harassment violently by hub n in-law, I utilized that cheque as I'm not working. But their lawyer tried to divert by digging over dvc n 498 case points though judge has objected. So finally, judge told to the hub side lawyer as the statements looking fake n its v.clear . So final statementto me was should I close case or if any evidence get on hearing date. What does it mean closing the case ,if no evidence" told by the judge. after cross examination by my husband's side lawyer?

Dear Client,
If any evidence is there you must submit the same on next date of adjournment. You must inform your advocate if any evidence is there or not. Project if any evidence is there. If no evidence is needed, you should inform the same to the judge through your Advocate. It is all procedural aspect. After your side evidence is closed, your husband will be questioned by court and thereafter he will be given opportunity to let in his side of evidence. Ask your advocate to do the case effectively. Don`t worry.
