What can i do for cheque bounce case

The chq was given by joint a/c current a/c from national bank in dec 2017, we put twice to represented the value Rs 1.45 lac now aug 2018 if we can proced legal action against party, party disapper from our town, very recenly we got his address, if its possible, we dont mind to pay your fees by neft chq bounced reson " insufficiant fund" like that many chq bounced by that pary, please guide me to recover my money. What can i do ?
