what can be the defense of Cheque bounce

I took loans of 30 Lacs from 13 different people And wrote cheques to them as security but I couldn't pay the loans because of insufficient funds and now those cheques have bounced/dishonoured and creditors have filed for ipc 138 what to do now

You have first sent legal register notice to the opposite party through a lawyer and thereafter stipulated period would submit application u/s 138 N.I act before concern court .
