What can be done if PDC surety money not returning
10-Jan-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Dear Hi some body issued PDC cheque for surety purpose now we are asking for money to return but they are not willing giveback money.
PDC cheque date you have not mentioned here, kindly tell me the date of PDC and after PDC date three months over or not..? If over 3 months after PDC , then there is no value of the cheque, if not over 3 months , conult and process the matter legally.

Keeping Post dated cheque you can sue against surety Holder in the place of principle debtor a cheque bounce Case after bouncing the same by getting return memo from Bank
But you can sue against him as a principle debtor not as a surety Holder
If you take ground as surety Holder your Case shall not sustainable
