What actions can i take if my post dated Cheque bounced?

I have 8 post dated Cheques for issuing quaterly mode. If my cheque is bounced what is the legal action i do? 1. How much time i refund my money by legal procedure. 2. Who is spend a legal procedure expense me r defaulter. 3 This is 2017, how many months close the case or setteled by court.

You can file cheque bounce case which is criminal in nature having 2 years imprisonment n twice the cheque amount. Your case will take maximum 15 months or if deafaulter is interested to pay you then case will be settled within a week or month.... You have to send notice as per NI Act and after 15 days can will be files

If the cheques are bounced the person can send notice to defaulter and if in even time payment is not made the person can file case in the court. Legal expenses will be bared by person who files the case. Case closure time is never specified it deponds on terms and the cases. However atleast 6 months times will be there from the case.
