What action can be taken against client for cheque bounce

I had sold goods of rs 500000 to the person and also made his statement to pay me with in 30 days in stamp paper but now he is not paying what should i do now 3 months been I'm waiting and not done anything yet what should i do.5 cheques bounced of rs 5 lakh
You should take legal action by consulting a criminal lawyer cheque bounce case is fine action on your behalf but delay will make your case weak .so make sure you take legal action instead of asking him etc .

U can file a criminal as and a summary suit against him by showing him ur statement and and stamp paper , as ur 3 months date is over and now u can not bounce again ur cheque so u can file a money suit in court , find some good lawyer and show him the documents so that he will tell what he can do for u.
