Want to take back bounced cheque due to settlement with other party

Our check has already bounced but now because of our settlement with other party we want to take back our case and collect our bounced check
Yes. that's permissible in law. Go ahead do it. who's stopping you but only if the other party wants the same. I don't see any legal issue here. Pay the money and take the cheque back. Have a witness to record this.
