Validity of cheque bounce case filed after 10 years of cheque date

Cheque bounce ,but the was issued 2007?my account has been transfer another district on 2012.case has filled 2016 by by old cheque. What I have to do. -

you have to prove that you have issued the cheque on 2007.. and subsequently you account has been transferred to another district. if you do not prove you will be held liable.. you should have given your defence,, in the reply notice itself.. for more assistance i need to go through the complaint... contact law rato This is a good case to defend....
