Two cheques given by opposite party bounced, how to recover my money

hdfc 2-cheqes bounced amount 30,000+50,000 same account my take 80,000. but money not given . but two cheques recvied but not this any on amount on hdfc account. that person addar address is given . but hyd address not have plese this problem salve them

Whether he indebted to you or not. Whether have advanced any loan, if so through which document VIZ., Pronote or on any supporting document. You can file a complaint against him on the basis of two bounced cheques separately by lodging two separate complaints by issuing two legal demand notices to him within one month from the date of bouncing of cheques.
