In the response of your query , it is pertinent to mention here ,when a cheque is dishonored, there is obligatery provision of legal notice of demand for 15 days ,shall be serve with in 30 days from the date of issuence of returned memo , after it you can file complaint with in 45 days from the date of serve of notice. Thanks.
