Time period for serving notice in case of cheque bounce

Suppose i applied a case of cheque bouncing for no sufficient balance then after how much time notice is delivered to that person ?

Your enquiry is not clear that to which notice time you are asking to delivery still I would like to tell you that according to the section 138 of negotiable instrument act after check bounce the fact of dishonour be informed to the drawer by notice within 30 days, if Drawer of cheque fails to make payment within 15 days of receipt of the notice then you can file private complain under section 138 of negotiable instrument act.

That is standard it will depend on postal department. You need to send it 15 days. .
