Temporary release on Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act,

I want to know what is the process of temporary release on Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, judge punished for 1 year on 5th sept 2016. In how much time the temporary release will be given and mhow much money is required ?
You must immediately appeal against the sentence and get the sentence suspended and obtain bail from the appellate court. Else you could also have the offence compounded by paying the amount owed and the compounding fee.

You should first file an appeal and while take the suspension of sentence by moving the application in higher court by mentioning the reason for arranging the money.
