You may initiate the cheque bounce legal proceedings under section 138 of NI ACT...against the Company...

Whether Company has given you in writing to wait till November 26???...in dat case you may again deposit the said cheque with your banker if the Said intimation is in writing...

You have till 30 days from the bouncing of the cheque to send them a legal notice so that you can file a case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. I advice you to send the notice through an Advocate and not wait till 26th November so as to put pressure on them to pay you.
