Remedy in cheque bounce case when cheque procured illegally

I have not given my check to anyone but a man somehow get my blank check and get it bounced back from bank and now claiming to get 3lakh from me say that I have taken money from him
It is very hard to prove that someone took your cheque in the first place and then signed it or you keep signed blank cheques. So in your case you need to prove that there was no due on your side so there is no reason to provide the cheque to the other person. You can use all the defences if the other person sues you.
