Kisi ne mera cheke mai zada amount daal kar use bounce kara diya hai Mera use 10000/- ka cheke diya tha magar amount nahi dala tha. usne use 110000/- kar ke bounce kara diya hai . Amount mai bhi meri handwriting nahi hai. Mai kya karu .
if the cheque has been bounced then you would be served with the legal notice, you need to reply to the legal notice through a lawyer and incase a case is registered then defend your self in the court and then prove your innocence
