Regarding PDC cheque given by me which is bounce.

Sir I have given my supplier a PDC cheque but due to family financial problem it is bounced, but I have given the entire amount in cash for which they have given me on cheque of approx 13000 rest cheque of approx 50000 they will give next day, but they didn't give me cheque and compiling a case against me for cheque bounce. Please suggest what should I do.

Sir,

You just have to show that you have already returned their money on time and therefore the legal liability does not stand anymore. If you can show that then you will be free. Create some evidence in your favor and get it done.

Dear Sir file a police complaint immediately and send legal notice from your advocate. If the police take no action ,,file a private complaint in the concerned court ,,immediately with all /full details and witnesses.
You can file case of cheating , criminal intimidation and malicious prosecution ,,,,remedies available under the law.

Your question is not clear, however as I have understood you have given a PDC against which payment is already made by you in cash. If this is the case then you must have obtained receipt against the payment in cash which you are suggested to produce before the Court, your problem will be solved easily. Thanks
