Received a summon for cheque bounce case what to do

I had taken personal loan from axis bank in the year 2013 have paid the emi's for almost 2 yrs.. due to health issues I was not able to continue working so did not clear the remaining dues.. I received a summon for cheque bounce case, and I'm in very bad situation where I cannot afford a lawyer. How could I get help for the same
