Received a false notice of cheque bounce against borrowed sum

I have borrowed sum of 5lks with 2rs intrest with 10 cheques and a promisory note as shurity I have paid 26 mnths intrest And recently paid 3lks and due was 2lks But the person sent a Cheque bounce notice of 3lks the time period of 15 days was over what shld i do
The Legal Notice needs to be perused in order to comment. Engage a lawyer and send a reply notice through the lawyer to the party's lawyer. After receiving the notice, the party may come forward to settle the matter or the party can file a cheque bounce case against you for which you need to be prepared.
