Ready to make payment of bounced cheque but party not taking it

I am ready to make the payment against bounced cheque but the other party is is not forwarding me his account number
It seems they have the evil intention and they want to proceed with the criminal trial. Send them reply to the legal notice and record their call if possible . Make evidence in your favour that they are deliberately doing it

First of all cheque bounce is a criminal offence but it is good on your part that you are ready to make payment for the same . You can do one thing you can drop a mail or any other written means to intimate that person that you are ready to make payment and waIt for the reply .
Now the other party are on default that they ate not providing you the account details.
So don't worry just relax and wait for the other party reply .
