Post dated cheque bounced due to irregular signature. What to do?

I got a cheque for a contract ,construction of 3g tower on roof top I'm an property owner. as per treams and conditions I paid total amount of RS 7 .5lakhs approx .Now they give a PDC cheque on 28th sep n it got dishouner due to irragular signature.They told us to deposit 1.5 lakhs for T.T transfer of money n v did it but even it was delay they accepted money. Now when I call them they r not replying my call n no response frm there side n we r suffering frm gold loan tat we took m we r help less pls do help us.

 We  suggest that you present the cheque again in bank and dishonour the cheque again. Thereafter send them a legal notice under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

If they fail to pay you the amount within 15 days then you can file a criminal complaint before the the court . Further you can also file a summary suit under Order 37 Rule 1 and 2.
