Only 15day pariod is for the demand notice.. If the drawee of cheque could not take action or return money eithin stipulated period so u have right to approach the court u/s 138of th N. I.
Act.

It's one month from the date of dishonour of cheque / return of bank memo. With the help of a lawyer send a demand notice to the other party in which we demand the cheque amount within 15 days from the date of demand notice. For further details you can contact.

Dear client once cheque get bounced then u have to issue legal notice through lawyer within 30 days from cheque bounce date and have to ask money. If other party not give money back then have to file case in court under Sec 138 of n I act.
