Payee changed address how to send notice to correct address

I have a bounced cheque.I send the legal notification to the address which he provided to the bank and me but he changed his address .What can i do ?

the notice you have sent is sufficient to start legal proceedings against the person, but if you have the knowledge of recent address then you can also send the notice on that. ..
