Party to whom notice was sent left there house what to do
11-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have filed a case against party who hasnt paid my amount and the cheque also bounced on 28/2/17 Party has recieved a notice but the postman updated that they have left the house however that party is still there. What to do next ?
We can file a case straight away as we have given notice.

i thought only notice has been sent so far and this is postal report on your lega notice..
if yes...file complaint/ Court case...if this is last known address of the accused the case is very well maintainable.. and if he is still residing there at that address you can file an affidavit to this regard also before yhe court..
