Partnership dissolved cheque issue was bounced who will be liable

22-Jun-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have issued a post dated cheque towards a loan from the current account of our partnership firm, as per the instructions to any of the partners can issue a cheque from our current account. Now the partners parted their way and the partnership doesn't not exist. The partnership deed was a notarised agreement not registered. The party has now bounced the cheque, whose responsibility is to pay the amount? All the partners or the person who has signed the cheque?

Taking into consideration the above facts. Since, being a partner you have issued post dated cheque/s. It vouches for various civil/criminal offense and also all the partners are liable to pay the amount and equally to face criminal proceedings on filing of the complainant by the complainant party .
