Outcomes of admiting the fact of liability and ready to pay penalty

1. In a Cheque Bounce case if the lower court gives a judgment of penalty of Rs.65,000 and imprisonment of 6 months then in district court after 2 years of if the accused accepts the fact of liability and ready to pay the penalty amount before the argument stage then what will be the outcomes? 2. Also if the complainant refuses to accept the amount then what will be the outcome?
You should state in the Court proceedings in front of the Judge and agree to pay the compensation amount and there are chances that the Court may order against you for the payment of fine which shall be double the amount defaulted at the first instance and do away with the imprisonment.
