Only husband singed cheque we have joint account is cheque valid

my husband given a cheque to someone for buying a machinery from our joint account without my knowledge but i did not put my signature on the cheque. Can i get any relief from law as i have not signed the cheque?

Since its a joint holders account so both the person need to be made the party....
yes you can plea for the relief ..and yes you can get the relief.....

Yes, you can get the relief from the platform of appropriate Court... As per the the norm of the Bank if the joined property have been opened by the Husband and wife for the sake of daily use or as a nominee then any one can use the account and transact the amount but during the time of opening of joined bank account if specifically mentioned therein that without signature of both party money can not transact or transfer then both parties signature shall be import during transact or transfer of any amount from bank.
