non-bailable warrant is already issued 4 times what can be done now
21-Jun-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
cheque has got bounced issued to a manufacturer.and in turn he has files a cheque return case on me. the cheque was issued as security cheque and i have already transferred the payment through neft banking. the issue araise in debit/credit note,where as per my ledger i need to pay less and he is claiming more from me. the case is running in court. i have not attended single hearing till date. they have issued non -bailable warrant . what can be done?

Yoi have to appear through lawyer and if you ready to pay some part amount from the balance pay then your non bailable warrant may be cancelled from the court. There is a legal procedure to come out.
