Aapke cheque ki kya date hai. Or kis date me apka cheque bounce hua ha. Agar apke cheque ki bounce date 30 din se jyada nahi hui ha to ap kisi advocate ke dwara ek legal notice cheque jaari karne ko bhej sakte ha or uske bad bhi agar wo apka paisa na de to court me case file kar sakte ho. Call kar sakte ho mujhe

This is not a proper query. You must share full details. Although there is no provision of any enquiry after cheque bounce. In such case action is required to be taken under negotiable instruments act.

You have to intimate what is the reason for Cheque Bounce, such as , 'insufficient funds','payment stopped on orders of account holder' etc. Come back with these details. You can give notice quickly and then file case under section 138 NI Act. This is time bound so act quickly.
