Need advice on case involving chit fund

hi my name is p i gave a blank cheque as surety to person who is running the chit fund company 5 years back and i taken 130,000/- for that i paid 173000/- (chit value is 2lac ) as per transaction i paid to amount to his agent due to some issue his chit fund company closed after that he asking 1 lac amount for that i denied to pay for that he bounced the cheque for 3 lac and put a case on me and also he created the promissory note signed by him self and presented a witnness against me now i request the court to send the both docs to FSL for signature comparison and while cross examining he denied that he is running the chitfund (not registered chitfund) report is pending from FSL . it's more that 2 years .

If you are not happy with the cross examination, you can recall the complainant for further cross examination and at the time of the cross examination you can cross examine him on his signatures and the promissory note.
