Dear Client,
You must project your case through an efficient advocate. I think you did the same. You will prove the forgery of your signature on promissory note that was created. Don`t fear. Truth will triumph. If the expert report came in your favour that is to say the signatures were not one and the same and the opposite party forged your signature, then you file a petition in the same court for prosecuting the complaint for filing fake and forged documents for punishing him under Indian Penal Code. He must be punished for relying on forged documents. Your advocate must do the case in an efficient way. Have the advise of legal experts in the matter.

Hello,

File the documents at the time of your evidence showing his association with chit fund business clearly showing his signatures against the amount taken from you. If you are not happy with the cross examination, you can recall the complainant for further cross examination and at the time of the cross examination you can cross examine him on his signatures and the promissory note. Bring the fact of the delay in FSL reports to the court. You consult your lawyer for better advice as without seeing the case file, it is difficult to render proper advice.
