My Insurance company cheque bounce and they are not replying me now

Sir i had insured my phone by an insurance company my phone later broken and I given to them . They took my phone and all the accessories , and later they say that you havent provided earphones to us. But i had given everything to them . However they given me a cheque for my phone . The Cheque was bounced . I talk to them they say tech prob deposit again . I DId as they said but got bounced again .. Now they are sying that send the cheque will reissue again , but sir I am afraid of doing that bcz as earlier they saiid u havent given earphone likewise they can also say this time u havent given cheque ... Sir plz tell me what to do . That insurance company made me sick sir , everytime i ran here and there for that .. i am mailing to their support but they are not replying me back i did 5 6 times already ..Truly sir I cant dare to give them cheque they given cheque after 4 mnths . Mene bhot muskil se aaise waise kakrke wo cheque liya hai sir. plz help me out. cheque amount was 32,000
