lawyer taking too long to find solution in cheque bounce case

Im a Hindu wife and mother. I gave a loan of few lakhs and now after a wait of one year, it has bounced. He is absconding. My lawyer is taking too long to get a response. Last 2 days r left to make sure it reaches the absconding criminal who took my money

The criminal case you filed for dishounor of your cheque is having some strict provisions. One of that is the statutory notice should reach tee accused, and also after filing and sworn statement court`s notice should reach the accused. If the accused is absconding your lawyer is helpless. You have other options too but that person should be having some property known to you.
