Issued blank cheque to money lender he refuses to return what to do

I took money 200000+25000commission from a money lender @ 4rs interest + 5000 principal monthly by giving blank cheques 4+promissary notes 2 (blank)+my atm..he withdrew monthly money and 70% of money through atm withdrawl and 30% by hand..now he is not giving my cheques..i have voice recording about our conversation..how can i proceed with him..pls reply..there is no proof for 30% by hand..only voice recording is the proof left with me
