1) third party cheque bouces in my account, bad for my records or not? 2) cheques entry in current account to be BILLED with tin/vat compursory ? 3) max cash diposit and cash withdrowal good for records?

If 3rd party cheque bounced in your account its not bad for you. You can withdraw any amount that you want from your account therr is no problem in withdrawing max amount howevet fpr current account every bank has criterea to keep minimum balance in account
