A person is atea vendor and gives a cheque of 200000 to a person , whether the financial ability of the person is required to prove ?

no, there is no financial liability to prove Section 138. s per the latest amendment in law you can file your case of cheque bounce in the city where your bank is. You will need to give a 15 days notice to the defaulting party within 30 days of receiving the information of bouncing of cheque from your Bank before you can approach the Court under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
