Husband misused cheque issued by me using against me

My husband had one of my blank cheque signed by me as I had given him to make payment of my car insurance but he used it against me. He himself put an amt of 250000 on the cheque without my knowledge and and deposited in his account. It got bounced. He said in court that I had mortgaged my jewellery and borrowed 250000 from him before marriage. It was my jewellery which I had given him to keep in his locker. After separation he misused that cheque against me and now not giving my jewellery back to me saying that I had morgaged and charged me under 138. Wht is the way to get my jewellery back.
