How to settle loan amount with bank if bank not cooperating

i have issue ablank cheque to coperative bank against my loan amount of 300000 rs i have paid 222000 in part payment with interest and 390000 thousand separetly but bank claim me 202000 rs i am not able to pay this amount i am requsting to bank iam able to pay ur remaining amount but they refusing my application what i do pls help me

Why is the bank refusing the payment you are making. kindly appraise us on the same. did the bank issue any receipts for the 3,90,000??? payment made you? you question needs to be clear. what was the total loan amount and how much is pending amount towards you. what application are they refusing to accept.
